Great article. And yes, orthodox archeology might not be too fond of the "grave-robbing" techniques of Indy, but they are well aware of the allure and interest the movies have brought to their field. I'd like to point out that it is now Disney Hollywood Studios. The switchover happened in January, while I was there on vacation.
Sorry to be nitpicky... I know you don't love the mouse, but I do.
The mouse and I have a complicated relationship. You'd understand if you worked there, but it's certainly not a "not-love" one : ) But actually, one of my all-time favorite memories is being picked from the audience to be in the Indiana Jones show when I was on spring break in college. Oh, it was so beyond awesome.
