Okay, so at least I don't stand alone in my humbuging. But at this point I think we're even beyond my usual fix-all-- pictures of baby horses-- and must now go to the well of pictures of small adorable humans.

Here we see Jim The Small Child Nephew and Will The Smaller Child Nephew generating a visual aid for emotional blackmail in about a decade. "Why must you slam one another's heads into the drywall? See how you passed your entire toddlerhood?" They don't need to know that the very next picture features both of them sprawled on the carpet, one seated atop the other.

Yeah, still not so much with the Christmas cheer, but that's sure an adorable photo! You gots the cutest small/er child nephews!

OK, I'll work on the feeling happy and Christmassy, but I'm gonna have to draw the line at pooping glitter snowflakes.
Working on the Christmas spirit here, too. Spent my day cleaning house. Although not fun, the end result does wonders for my spirits - during the Christmas season or otherwise. Hopefully we will take the kiddos to pick out a tree tomorrow and actually start decorating!
Yeah, I had the kids today and watching them play with old ornaments made me feel a little more holidayish.
I have Christmas inertia, does that count?

60 cards got mailed yesterday. I am sick, but I hauled my butt into the shower and went to the post office, Bed Bath and Beyond and Petsmart because I HAD TO. The dogwalker needed her gifts today.
Hope all this sneezing and sniffling and nose blowing is done before Christmas. The tree is still awaiting decorations...
