They've Got a Mission UPDATE
Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 2:05AM Apparently, planes aren't supposed to crash when it's rainy or dark, because the Great Field Maneuver Exercise of 2008 has been canceled.
"The weather is yucko," the commander announced in an email. And thus are great military victories achieved.

I can't recall Erwin Rommel ever referring to the weather as "yucko". I don't think it's in Sun Tzu or Frederick the Great either. Ah, this generation and their newfangled technology.
Maybe the commander didn't want to miss "Quantum of Solace" this weekend ;-)
So I suppose this means I should always fly on rainy yucky days as the planes won't crash?
Yucko weather in mid-November.
Can't imagine how that could have happened.
Hey, you know, in this state, yucko weather doesn't always happen in November. Sometimes most of the month is in the 70s. It's really hit or miss.
